In Webby, we not only encourages members to put in 100% effort to be successful at work, we also remind them to make time for relaxation and enjoyment in order to maintain a healthy work-life balance. 🫶🏻
Therefore, the whole team would gather together once in awhile to unwind and socialise. 🥳
We will have our happy hour which takes place in a bar or restaurant for the teams to mingle and get to know each other outside of the work environment.
We will also organise house party to mark and celebrate a special occasion, such as a holiday or a company milestone.
